Just one issue. It's a shoe store. That doesn't carry shoelaces. Yes, we've reached that stage in our culture. I love my new shoes. Despite the size of the store, there is a smaller selection than the Tangers Outlet. However the odds of finding your size is improved at this location.

Jordan gave phenomenal customer service! Came in looking for something that won’t hurt my feet being on them all day and she suggested and found something just right! Positive atmosphere in the store. All around great experience and will definitely come back!

Super friendly staff and four pairs for $120. Can't beat it!

Well there were a group of teenagers workers standing around chatting and laughing... meanwhile there were lots of customers in the store trying to figure things out. I mean you don't want a salesperson lurching over you the whole time but there should be someone there and approachable if you have questions. I ended up leaving and getting my shoes somewhere else.

We came from Big Rapids, the 2 gals were out standing, Very professional, friendly, helpful and pleasant 😀. Our first time there and I promise we will be back.❗️ Came home with 2 pairs. Love them . Thanks
